Calling God “Father” suggests that we are God’s children and also implies the existence of God the Mother.

By definition, a father means a man who has a child. Therefore, the fact that God is called “Father” means that God has His children. Actually, the Bible tells us that we are God’s children (Mt 6:9; 2 Co 6:17–18). Can a father alone have a child? Without a mother, children do not exist; without children, a man cannot have the title of father. The title of father can only be established when there is a mother. Therefore, the title of God the Father reveals the existence of God’s children and God the Mother as well. The Bible testifies that our Mother is in heaven (Gal 4:26). In the earthly family, there are not only a father and children but also a mother. In the same way, in the heavenly family, there are not only God the Father and God’s children but also God the Mother.
